Welcome to Big Daddy Yacht. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and all yacht charter, marine event, and related services provided by Big Daddy Yacht. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Us

Big Daddy Yacht is a luxury yacht charter and marine event company based in Pattaya, Thailand. We specialize in private yacht charters, celebrations, corporate events, island tours, sunset cruises, and customized luxury experiences.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Required booking information has been provided.

  • Payment or deposit (where applicable) has been successfully received.

  • A confirmation has been issued by Big Daddy Yacht via email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion before confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

  • Full or partial payment may be required depending on the selected package.

  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

  • Any applicable taxes, bank charges, or payment processing fees may be added where required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and booking information.

  • Arrive at the designated boarding location on time.

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

  • Respect the yacht, crew members, and other guests.

  • Comply with all applicable local laws and maritime regulations.

Big Daddy Yacht reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a charter without refund if any guest behaves in a dangerous, illegal, abusive, or disruptive manner.

5. Safety

Guest safety is our highest priority.

All passengers must comply with safety procedures and crew instructions throughout the charter. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of the service.

Weather conditions, sea conditions, or government restrictions may require schedule changes for the safety of all guests.

6. Yacht Availability

While every effort is made to provide the booked yacht, Big Daddy Yacht reserves the right to substitute a similar yacht of equal or higher standard if necessary due to operational, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify a booking are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review that policy before completing a booking.

9. Force Majeure

Big Daddy Yacht shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government regulations

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Civil unrest

  • Mechanical failures beyond reasonable control

  • Maritime safety restrictions

In such situations, alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered where reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Big Daddy Yacht shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during or after the charter.

  • Guests participate in marine activities at their own risk, except where liability arises from our proven negligence under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, branding, and designs, is the property of Big Daddy Yacht unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

13. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
