REFUND POLICY

At Big Daddy Yacht, we are committed to providing exceptional yacht charter and luxury marine experiences. As our services involve advance reservations, yacht scheduling, crew allocation, and operational planning, all confirmed bookings are subject to the following Refund Policy.

By making a booking through our website or any of our official booking channels, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings made with Big Daddy Yacht are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Change of travel plans

• Personal reasons

• Illness or medical conditions

• Flight delays or missed flights

• Failure to arrive at the departure location on time

• Change of mind

• No-show by the customer

We strongly recommend that guests confirm their travel plans before making a reservation.

2. Booking Modifications

Requests to reschedule or modify a booking may be considered at our sole discretion and are subject to:

• Yacht availability

• Operational feasibility

• Advance notice

• Any additional charges that may apply

Approval of a modification request is not guaranteed.

3. Weather & Safety Conditions

The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority.

If a charter cannot operate due to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Unsafe sea conditions

• Government restrictions

• Port authority instructions

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Big Daddy Yacht may, at its discretion, offer:

• A rescheduled booking for a future available date, or

• A service credit for future use.

No cash refund will be provided in such circumstances.

4. Operational Changes

In rare situations where a booked yacht becomes unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen operational reasons, we reserve the right to:

• Provide a comparable or upgraded yacht, subject to availability, or

• Reschedule the booking to another mutually agreed date.

No monetary refund will be issued if a suitable alternative or rescheduled service is offered.

5. Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for services booked under this Refund Policy.
